Hailing from the Adams-Morgan neighbourhood in Washington DC, in '73 Nick Smith, Billy Sumler, and Ted "Skeet" Carpenter
created a lost document of gritty soul, concerned with its own time and place. Previously unreleased, this freshman offering is an amalgam of sunny vocal group harmonies, fuzz-guitar solos, shimmering keys, bubbling percussion, spiritual prophecy, and dub experiments. This is a much more underground sounding affair than their officially released LP from the late '70s. Vinyl version with bonus 7" ft. exclusive B-side.
